Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Decatur Elite Tree Service (“we”, “us”) uses the personal details you give us through this website. Last updated October 11, 2026.

What We Collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message box. We also keep basic, anonymous statistics about visits to the site.

How We Use It

Only to answer your request: to call you back, arrange a walk-around, send a written price and, if you ask us to, share job records and photos with your insurance company. We never sell your details.

How Long We Keep It

Requests that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for seven years for tax and insurance purposes.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email support@decaturtree.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
